Reminders

  • The Trip.com Gift Card is a virtual prepaid card that can be used to book eligible travel products and services (such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities) on the Trip.com website or mobile app.
  • The Gift Card is denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
  • The recipient may use the Gift Card balance for one or multiple bookings.
  • If the Gift Card balance is insufficient to cover the total booking amount, the recipient may pay the remaining balance using another available payment method.
  • Bookings paid using a Gift Card are not eligible to earn Trip Coins.
  • The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
  • Trip.com may update or change the products and services that can be purchased using the Gift Card at any time.
  • If the recipient uses the Gift Card to pay for a booking in a different currency, the amount deducted will be converted using Trip.com's applicable exchange rate at the time of payment. The exchange rate will be displayed before the recipient confirms the transaction. Any gain or loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations is the recipient's responsibility. Any fees charged by the payment provider are also the recipient's responsibility.
  • The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • If a booking paid using a Gift Card is canceled, the applicable booking refund policy will apply:
    • Any amount paid using the Gift Card will be refunded to the Gift Card balance.
    • Any amount paid using another payment method will be refunded to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
    • If multiple Gift Cards were used for the booking, the refunded Gift Card amount will be credited to the Gift Card with the longest remaining validity, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Trip.com Gift Card may be subject to other terms and/or conditions of Trip.com.
