  • Processing of transaction is from 10AM to 5PM (Philippine Time). Transactions received after 5PM PHT will be processed the next day.
  • Red Ribbon Padala Package can be picked-up after 3 days upon confirmation of the order with the eGift recipient. During holiday season, rush and urgent orders will not be entertained and processing time is strictly followed. Advance orders for Christmas and New Year are highly recommended.
  • Red Ribbon will contact eGift recipient within 24 hours upon receipt of order to confirm his/her preferred serving store and date/time of pick-up.
  • Orders will only be processed once eGift recipient is contacted.
  • Red Ribbon Padala Package can be picked-up after 3 days upon confirmation of the order with the eGift recipient.

  • Upon confirmation of orders, Red Ribbon Padala Package chosen by the sender cannot be changed.
  • Changes in pick-up date and time will be allowed if eGift recipient wishes to, as long as advised one day before the original pick-up.
  • eGift recipient must present a valid ID upon receiving of the Red Ribbon Padala Package for verification. *Red Ribbon Padala leadtime is 3 days from confirmation with the beneficiary. No rush orders for the meantime.
  • Cappucino Crème or Peach Mango Symphony for Celebration Package is still not available.
