  • The eGift voucher are applicable only for room bookings and cannot be used for other services or fees.
  • The eGift voucher can be redeemed only once and must be used in full for a single transaction.
  • The eGift voucher issued via Giftaway are transferable.
  • The recipient must be 21 years or older to redeem the voucher.
  • The eGift voucher are valid until the expiration date indicated on the eGift.
  • The expired eGift voucher will not be accepted and cannot be extended or reissued.The validity of the eGift voucher may have an expiry if its for a promotional activity or from a corporate rewards program.
  • The eGift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary value.
  • The eGift voucher cannot be combined with other eGCs, vouchers, discounts, promotions, or offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • If a booking made using an eGift voucher is canceled, the refund amount will only be the value of the used eGift voucher. The amount after applying the eGift value will not be reissued.
  • Bookings made using eGift voucher are subject to RedDoorz's standard cancellation and modification policies.
  • RedDoorz and Giftaway are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged eGift voucher.
  • No replacements will be provided for lost or stolen eGift voucher.
  • Any attempt to redeem the eGift voucher in violation of these terms or any fraudulent activity related to eGC use will render the eGC void.
  • RedDoorz reserves the right to refuse redemption of any voucher suspected to be obtained or used fraudulently.
  • RedDoorz reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through the RedDoorz website or other appropriate channels.
