Whether you're treating yourself or sending a thoughtful present, the Lazada Gift Card offers complete freedom—recipients can use the entire amount at once or save it for future purchases, spending it partially over multiple transactions. Reminders

  • Lazada Gift Cards are issued as unique, single-use codes and can only be redeemed once per account/transaction.
  • The redeemed Lazada Gift Card credits can be used to pay for any purchase on Lazada or pay bills, either in full or partially across multiple transactions. You can combine your Gift Card Balance with another payment method in a single transaction.
  • Credits from Lazada Gift Cards are non-withdrawable and cannot be converted to cash or transferred to bank accounts or other e-wallets.
  • Gift Card codes must be redeemed before their expiry date. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed. No extensions, refunds, or replacements will be provided for expired codes.
  • Once a valid Lazada Gift Card is successfully redeemed, the resulting credits do not expire and will remain available in your Gift Card Balance until fully used.
  • There is a monthly redemption limit of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) for Gift Card Balance. The maximum balance limit is Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500,000.00) at any time.
  • Gift card codes are non-transferable once redeemed. Keep your unredeemed codes secure. Lazada is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes.
  • Lazada Gift Cards cannot be used to settle outstanding LazPayLater balances or repay installment plans.
  • Lazada reserves the right to deactivate or refuse redemption of any gift card suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • These terms are governed by Lazada's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Lazada reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service onstitutes acceptance of any changes.
